The event menu will be provided in advance or on the day of the event. 2. **Refund Policy** Refunds are generally not available once a booking has been made. Refunds may be considered at the management's discretion in extenuating circumstances if the request is made more than 72 hours before the event. Changes to food items may occur due to availability or seasonal considerations. Significant changes to the menu will be communicated to guests in advance where possible. 5. **Drinks Offering Adjustments** The management reserves the right to alter or modify the drinks offering prior to the event. Substitutions or changes in the beverage menu may occur due to stock availability or other operational reasons. 6. **Service Refusal** 6.1. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is deemed intoxicated, acting inappropriately, or in violation of venue policies. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff. 6.2. Guests under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming or obtaining alcoholic beverages within the venue. Alcohol will not be served to minors under any circumstances, including when requested by or with the permission of an accompanying adult. Under‑18 guests may not share drinks, and no other person may obtain an alcoholic beverage on their behalf. To support enforcement, guests may be required to wear a wristband and must provide valid identification upon request. Venue staff will actively monitor compliance, and any breach of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the entire group from the premises. 7. **General Conduct** All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. Management has the authority to remove any individual from the premises if their behavior is deemed unacceptable. 8. **Photography and Video Recording** 8.1. Photography and Video Footage: Beverley Hills Diner & Bar reserves the right to take photographs and video footage during events for promotional and archival purposes. 8.2. Consent to Photography: By attending an event, you grant consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform management at the time of your arrival or before the event begins. 8.3. Guest-Shared Content: Any photos or videos shared by guests on the big screen during the event may be used by Beverley Hills Diner & Bar for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms and in marketing materials. 9. **Force Majeure** Beverley Hills Diner & Bar is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen venue issues. 10. **Booking Confirmation** A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and payment of the required deposit. The booking form will outline the event details, including date, time, and venue specifics. 11. **Late Arrivals** Guests arriving after the scheduled start time of the event may forfeit their booking. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Food service will not commence after the event has started. Guests arriving late will not be served food unless otherwise arranged in advance with management. 12. **Damage to Property** The Lead Booker is responsible for any damage caused to the venue during the event. Any damages will be invoiced to the Lead Booker after the event. 13. **External Vendors** External vendors must be approved by management in advance. The Lead Booker is responsible for ensuring all vendors comply with venue policies. 13.1. Prohibited Sales: No external vendor is permitted to sell food, drinks, or services within the venue without prior written consent from management. This includes, but is not limited to, catering services, beverages, or any other goods or services that may compete with the venue's offerings. 13.2. Vendor Requirements: Approved vendors must provide proof of necessary insurance and comply with all health and safety regulations as required by the venue. 14. **Accessibility** The venue is wheelchair accessible. Guests with specific accessibility needs should notify management in advance to ensure accommodations can be made. 15. **Child Policy** Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Certain events may have age restrictions, which will be communicated in advance. 15.1. Children under 2: Children under the age of 2 are exempt from charges for family events. However, they will not receive any food, drink, or promotional items related to the event. 16. **Health & Safety** Guests are required to comply with all health and safety guidelines as outlined by Beverley Hills Diner & Bar. This includes following any instructions from staff regarding safe behavior within the venue. 16.1. Dancing on furniture or engaging in any activity that could endanger oneself or others is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. 16.2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Beverley Hills Diner & Bar accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by non-compliance with these policies. 17. **Rules of Attendance** All attendees must respect the venue, its staff, and other guests. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 17.1. Guests must not bring outside food, drinks, or illegal substances into the venue unless otherwise agreed upon. 17.2. Attendees are required to dress appropriately for the event and wear suitable footwear to avoid injury. 18. **Drinks Service Policy** Beverley Hills Diner & Bar operates a one-in-one-out policy for drinks service. Guests must finish their current drink before ordering another. 18.1. If you are not satisfied with your drink, please inform the staff promptly, and we will be happy to exchange it for you. 18.2. Bottomless Drinks Service The two-hour bottomless drinks service commences strictly at the stated event start time and will run for a continuous two-hour period. Late arrival does not extend or alter the designated service duration, and no additional time will be granted beyond the scheduled end time. 19. **Liability Disclaimer** Beverley Hills Diner & Bar is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the venue. 19.1. By attending an event, guests accept full responsibility for their actions and agree to indemnify Beverley Hills Diner & Bar against any claims arising from non-compliance with these terms. 20. **Changes to Terms & Conditions** Beverley Hills Diner & Bar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated T&Cs will be made available on our website and at the venue. By purchasing a ticket and/or making a booking, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions. 21. **Amendments** The management reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
