‘SHAKE A SIX, PAY NIX!’ – Roll a six, your main meal’s on us!
During Prohibition, neighborhood diners were the secret fronts for the Numbers Racket, an illegal street lottery. It was a daily gamble where a single lucky digit could buy you a steak dinner.
However walk into Beverley Hills Diner and you will be greeted with a warm smile by our team. Ask for a Lucky Dice.
If you have a Lucky Dice, show it to your server when you ask for the bill. Your server will bring over the game board and a shaker. Place your Lucky Dice in the shaker, give it a good shake and roll. If you roll a six, your main meal bill is on us. The whole main meal food bill, for the whole table. Yes, we are quite serious.
